First Bank of Nigeria Limited hassaid it is currently upgrading itsIT infrastructure to enhance service delivery and provide specialized financial solutions toall its customer segments. The Bank says its upgrade to Finacle 10 banking platform willsimplify customer transactions, support the latest database technologies as well as improve functional and operational capabilities on its network. FirstBank’s spokesperson, Mrs. Folake Ani-Mumuney said the Bank’s Finacle 10 platform will drive operations that support new lines of business and further extend services to the under-banked and un-banked in the nation. “The upgrade aligns with the Bank’s quest to ensure it periodically reviews its IT infrastructure to be better positioned to offer enhanced services to its over 7 million customers across the globe,” she said.
