BREAKING NEWS: Heavy Bomb Blast In Abuja


Naijaboard.tk has learned that a bomb carefully hidden under a plant in front of Park 'N Shop at Sheriff Shopping Plaza in Wuse II, Abuja, has exploded.
There were no casualties and no damage in the explosion, which occurred near the Banex Plaza, but a recharge card seller was reportedly injured. A police source also told Us asecond bomb was found and safely detonated in the area.
In a statement, police spokesman Frank Mba confirmed the incident. He said that a team of policemen led by the FCT police commissioner Aderenle Shinaba and soldiers had put up barricades around the scene, withnobody allowed in except the search and rescue team of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
“FCT Police are continuing with their intensive overt and surveillance patrols of the city andwishes to reassure the residents of the police preparedness to continue to provide a safe and secured environment for social and economic activities to thrive unhindered,” he said.
The statement also warned “mischief makers,” in their own interest to “keep off the city or have themselves to blame as the long arm of the law will soon catch up with them.”

"Today 3rd July 2012 at about 9:30 pm, a low level explosion went off somewhere along AminuKano Crescent, near Banex Plaza, Wuse 2, Abuja. A crack police teamled by the Commissioner of Police in charge of FCT Command- CP Aderenle Shinaba- responded to the distress call, arriving the scenefew minutes after the incident. The incident had a zero casualty record- no life lost, no person injured and no car damaged or burnt. Detectives from the Bomb Disposal Unit, assisted by their counterparts from FCT CID have commenced investigation. FCT Police are continuing with their intensive overt and surveillance patrols of the city and wishes to reassure the residents of the police preparedness to continue to provide a safe and secured environment for social and economic activities to thrive unhindered. Meanwhile, mischief makers are in their own interest warned to keep off the city or have themselves to blame as the long arm of the law will soon catch up with them...." The question hanging in the minds of all reasonable men begging for an answer is this: From where are these bombs being brought out and who are the people mandated by law to carry bombs and guns. What have done with those Boko Haram people we were told that have been arrested nobody ever saw their faces or known their names.
    Nigerians were informed that the list of their (BH ) sponsors were ready and to be released by the sss still yet the idea was nailed down. Until we begin to say the truth, the problem will never end.
