Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda has found new love in
charity work.
Just like her colleague, Tonto Dikeh, the mother of one has
started a full time charity work for women battling Uterine
Fibroid in Nigeria.
She recently visited NAFDAC (National Agency for Food and
Drug Administration and Control Agency) office in Abuja to
solicit for support for women battling fibroid.
During the event that held last week Wednesday, the 14th of
January at NAFDAC headquarter in Abuja, Monalisa said
she finds meaning in giving her life away for people.
Through her Arise Monalisa Foundation, the actress just
embarked on the Uterine Fibroid Project aimed at creating
awareness, sensitizing the populace and sponsoring
treatment of infected women across the country.
Another Nollywood actress working round the clock for
women is Stephanie Okereke. She has partnered with
Diamond Bank to sponsor expensive VVF surgeries for
women across Nigeria.
