Man Dies Inside Lagos Swimming Pool On Christmas Day:
VI Event Center Staff Drowns After Warning From
Supervisor
A young Nigerian man identified as Sodiq Ojomo passed
away yesterday at an undiclosed event center in Victoria
Island area Lagos while he was entertaining some guests.
According to Lagos State Fire Service officials, 23-year-old
Sodiq was warned against playing in the swimming pool by
his supervisor but he allegedly ignored his warnings.
The victim allegedly jumped into the swimming pool against
the advice of his supervisor after which he drowned .
The corpse of Sodiq was picked up by Maroko Police official
and deposited at a mortuary in the area yesterday.
