The sister of the Minister of Petroleum Resources of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Diezani Alison-Madueke, was kidnapped in Port Harcourt on October 24, 2014, Friday.
According to the information provided by SaharaReporters, Osiyo Agama, who is a close relative of one of the most influential ministers in Nigeria, was abducted at the Old Port Harcourt /Leventis area of the capital of Rivers State.
Agama is believed to have close connections with her sister, Diezani, one of the most powerful ministers in President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
The kidnappers are yet to make any contact with the family.A Nurse in US, Nina Pham, has now been declared free of the Ebola Virus.
The National Institutes of Health announced on Friday that the Texas nurse, who was one of two caregivers to contract Ebola from Liberian Thomas Eric Duncan, is now free of the virus.
The Director of the institute, Dr. Tony Fauci, had this to say about the former EVD patient:
