The law forbidding motorcycles from plying any express highway has been on in Lagos state for a while now. So there is no issue of ignorance as to the law.
Today, in lekki expressway, a motorcycle rider and his two passengers met their waterloo when in a bid to escape being caught by the police ran into a BRT bus and all three were crushed to death.
