Skales has left EME after exhausting the 3 years of his contract which saw little or no growth. Reports are that EME refused to renew the recording contract of Skales because they don’t see it as profitable as his career has stalled particularly in the last 2 years. EME sources claims Skales stalled because he chose to do pop music rather than rap music – the kind of music he made that caught the eye of Banky W and Segun Demuren led label.
